Our Story
Mobilier Modern began in a small workshop in Brussels, founded by a group of furniture makers who shared a vision: to create pieces that would become lasting parts of people's homes.
Over the years, that workshop has grown into a full design studio, but our approach remains the same. We believe furniture should serve the way you actually live, not the other way around. Every curve, joint, and finish is considered with both function and beauty in mind.
Today, our team includes designers, woodworkers, upholsterers, and project managers who bring diverse expertise to each project. We work with clients throughout Belgium, from private residences to hospitality venues and corporate spaces.

Our Workshop
Our production facility in the Brussels area houses both traditional woodworking equipment and modern CNC machinery. This combination lets us achieve precision while maintaining the handcrafted quality that defines our work.
Every piece passes through multiple quality checkpoints before delivery. Our finishing room maintains controlled conditions for consistent results on stains, lacquers, and oils. Upholstery work is handled in-house by skilled specialists who have been with us for years.
Sustainability Practices
We take responsibility for our environmental impact through considered material choices and production methods.
Certified Wood Sources
Our timber comes from FSC-certified forests and suppliers with documented chain of custody.
Waste Reduction
Offcuts become smaller projects or fuel for local biomass heating. Very little ends up in landfill.
Local Delivery
We handle our own deliveries within Belgium, reducing transport emissions and ensuring careful handling.
